The City of Elko New Market has an Unintentional Water Use Adjustment Policy to provide relief to utility customers who are in good standing in the event that they have excessive water usage resulting from unintentional use or a water leak. If you are requesting relief due to unintentional water use or a water leak, please fill out the following form.
