Are you looking for a way to get involved in your community? Are you interested in parks and recreational opportunities in the City of Elko New Market?
The Elko New Market Parks Commission is accepting applications for two Parks Commissioners.
The purpose of the Parks Commission is to provide leadership and direction to staff and elected officials in the area of parks, trail, open space planning and implementation, and recreational programming. Members advise the City Council on priorities and policies regarding these matters. The Parks Commission meets the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.
