Park Facilities Rental

Elko New Market's park and trail system offers a variety of facilities as well as Wagner Park shelter. For exclusive use of a facility for a given date and time, a shelter reservation is required and can be made by contacting the City of Elko New Market at (952)461-2777.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Damage deposit fees must be paid upon receipt of the rental form. Elko New Market park hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Special use permits are required for activities such as amplified or live music, pig roasts, large barbecues, inflatables, dunk tanks, weddings, car shows, Frisbee golf tournaments or events open to the public. Wagner Park Shelter Rentals

The Wagner Park Pavilion is a perfect venue for birthday parties, family reunions, graduations and neighborhood gatherings.

The City begins accepting rental agreement forms and damage deposit payments on a first come/first serve basis for the upcoming year beginning December 1st.

The Wagner Park rental season begins the first Friday of May and will close the third Sunday in October.

Rental Fees:

  • City Resident: $150.00 (includes sales tax)
  • Non-resident: $200.00 (includes sales tax)

If you are interested in reserving the Shelter, please follow these steps:

  1. Check for availability.
  2. Review, initial, and return the Wagner Park Shelter Rental Form.
  3. Review, sign, and return the City Facility Waiver.
  4. The Rental Form, Waiver, and a $200 damage deposit will be due to officially reserve a date.
    (The rental fee payment will be required when the renter picks up the key FOB to the Shelter prior to the scheduled reservation.)


PLEASE NOTE:

  • The City only accepts hard copies of the Wagner Park Shelter Rental Form and City Facility Waiver.
  • The damage deposit check will be held until after reservation date.
  • Due to potential unforeseen circumstances or cancellations that may occur, renters are encouraged to have a backup plan and location ready.
