The City of Elko New Market residents and businesses are billed monthly for water, storm water, sanitary sewer and street light services.

PAY ONLINE OR VIEW YOUR BILL ONLINE
Click the button above. The first time you will register; after that, payments are 3 easy steps. You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. You can view your bill online, too. Please consider opting out of receiving paper bills to help save resources. Our online electronic payment service is free, convenient and secure.

PAY BY PHONE
Call toll free (877) 885-7968 to connect to the PSN IVR line. Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number. On your first call, you will register; after that, phone payments are four quick steps. To contact the PSN Customer Service line, please call (866) 917-7368 and hit #1 and you will be directed to a live representative.

AFTER-HOUR DROP BOXES
The City has two drop boxes for residents to make utility payments after business hours. One box is located in front of City Hall at 601 Main Street; the other is located in the parking lot of the Elko New Market Library located at 110 J. Roberts Way. Drop boxes are checked daily Monday through Friday.

PAY AT OUR OFFICE
City personnel will be available during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at City Hall to accept your payment.

PAY BY MAIL
Check payments can be mailed to: City of Elko New Market, Attn: Utility Billing, PO Box 99, Elko New Market, MN 55020-0099.
